THE NEW FLAGSHIP / PLANNED Q1 2027

NEXUS+
A STANDING OVATION

All standard NEXUS sit-down counterbalance modules, plus task-based training for stand-up counterbalanced lifts and stand-up reach trucks. More lift types, configurable learning paths and trainer-controlled scoring give you more ways to develop each operator.

BUILT AROUND THE OPERATOR

The right position.
The right controls.

Stand-up counterbalance and reach training share a purpose-built stand-up platform that teaches correct positioning inside the operator compartment. OEM controls have adjustable angles for the different lift types. Sit-down training uses its own platform configuration.

MODULES & DRILLS IN DEVELOPMENT

Skills for each lift type.

NEXUS+ adds stand-up training to the standard NEXUS module foundation. Stand-up modules remain part of the coming NEXUS+ release.

NEXUS+ / IN DEVELOPMENT

Introduction to Racking — three lift types

Sit-down counterbalance, stand-up counterbalance and stand-up reach versions teach placement using the appropriate truck controls. Reach training includes both outrigger clearance and stop-and-extend placement scenarios.

NEXUS+ / IN DEVELOPMENT

Stand-up driving and load handling

Figure-eight driving, 90-degree slalom, pallet placement and stacking, plus flatbed and trailer loading, bring familiar tasks to the stand-up counterbalance experience. Practice variants support repetition before scored attempts.

NEXUS+ / PLANNED MODULE EXPANSION

Truck & trailer introductions

The new loading and unloading introductions build confidence with focused dock tasks. Sit-down versions are complete for NEXUS; stand-up counterbalance variants are part of NEXUS+ development.

NEXUS MODULE FOUNDATION

A-Frame Load Handling

The completed MHSA sit-down training track adds pick and set, figure-eight driving, ramp handling and trailer loading. Ask about this module’s availability within your NEXUS+ configuration.

PLANNED TRAINER CONTROLS

Training shaped around each student.

LEARNING PATHS

Company standards. Individual progress.

Set a company training path, tailor the sequence for each student and decide whether a passing result is required before moving on. A planned practice option lets students rehearse after an unsuccessful attempt.

SCORING & SETTINGS

Give trainers more control.

Planned controls include adjustable deductions for existing scoring items, per-module speed settings and company travel-height settings. Shape the challenge around the student and the work.

GUIDANCE & REVIEW

Teach, practice and review.

Planned additions include dock-light confirmation, Spanish spoken instruction and a separate Replay application. On-screen instruction remains English for this stage.

FUTURE EXPLORATION

Adaptive learning

AI-assisted learning recommendations are a longer-term direction, separate from the company and student learning-path controls planned for the initial release.

LOOKING AHEAD

Training that grows with your work.

These planned modules and concepts are separate from the current catalogue. Final scope and release timing will be announced as development progresses.

PLANNED / SCOPE UNDER REVIEW

Specialized attachment training

Proposed training covers paper roll clamps, rotators, barrel clamps, slip-sheet push/pull attachments, carpet poles, trash tippers, Basiloid handling and unbalanced or wide loads. The goal is task-focused practice with the right attachment and load.

FUTURE MODULE CONCEPT

Tablet-directed product retrieval

Follow a digital pick list, locate the correct product, verify the selection and move it to a staging area. Designed to connect driving skills with everyday warehouse picking workflows.

FUTURE MODULE / ON HOLD

Pre-operation inspection

A planned interactive inspection experience would let students identify equipment issues and distinguish acceptable conditions from defects needing attention. This module remains on hold and is not included in the current release.

PLANNED RELEASE / Q1 2027
